Edward C. Guerra is an independent crane expert witness with more than 35 years of hands-on experience in crane operations and construction environments.
He is an NCCCO-certified crane operator and Certified Lift Director, and is licensed to operate cranes in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. His background includes crane transport, setup, lift planning, rigging coordination, and daily job-site operations on complex construction projects.
Mr. Guerra has worked on crane projects across the United States involving heavy industrial construction and complex lift operations.
